Definitions

  • Credits: Funds in your account, where 1 Credit equals approximately 1€/$/£/AUD or 10ZAR.
  • Wagering Requirement: The number of times funds must be wagered before withdrawal.

General Terms

  1. Players must be 25 or older, or meet the legal age in their jurisdiction. The casino may request age verification.
  2. You are responsible for ensuring online gaming is legal in your region. The casino is not liable for any legal violations.
  3. These terms may be updated without notice. Check periodically for changes, as ignorance of terms is not an excuse for violations.
  4. All casino decisions are final, and you agree to abide by them.

  6. You are responsible for any taxes or fees related to your use of the casino.

Violations

Actions leading to account termination, fund confiscation, or denial of services include:

  • Multiple accounts per person, household, device, or IP address.
  • Links to fraudulent or closed accounts at Pure Casino or other platforms.
  • Public complaints or disputes on forums or blogs.
  • Abusing casino staff or providing false registration information.
  • Playing from unauthorized regions or under the legal age.
  • Allowing others to use your account or engaging in professional play.
  • Chargebacks, cheating, irregular betting patterns, or hacking attempts.

Promotions and Bonuses

  1. Bonuses and free chips are non-withdrawable and meant to enhance gameplay. They are deducted upon withdrawal.
  2. Bonuses carry wagering requirements (e.g., 1X for cashback, 20X–60X for free chips) unless specified otherwise.
  3. Special bonuses (200% or higher) have a maximum cashout of 10x the deposit.
  4. Free bonus players (no deposits) can withdraw winnings only after a minimum deposit of 15 $/€/£/AUD or 150 ZAR within 30 days.
  5. Promotions are valid only for the specified period. Check details to avoid restricted games or other limitations.

Withdrawals

  1. Deposits of 249 $/€/£/AUD or less have a maximum withdrawal of 10x the deposit. Excess funds are non-withdrawable.
  2. Withdrawals take 5–18 business days to process, requiring fraud department approval and documentation.
  3. Minimum withdrawal is 50 $/€/£/AUD or 500 ZAR; maximum is 1,500 credits per request, with monthly limits of 10,000 credits (excluding jackpots).
  4. Deposits must be wagered at least 1X before withdrawal. Promotion-specific terms may apply.
  5. Withdrawal fees (10–40 $/€/£) vary by method and location.
  6. Cryptocurrency deposits must be confirmed on the blockchain. Voided deposits are considered fraudulent, voiding withdrawals.

Privacy

  1. Your personal information is kept secure and not shared with third parties, except for promotional purposes (e.g., publicizing wins) without compensation.
  2. You are responsible for securing your account credentials.

Intellectual Property

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 24 hours of a deposit, subject to:

  • Completed compliance verification.
  • Game malfunctions (with screenshots), unplayed balances, or incorrect charges (with statements).
  • Processing fees: 55 $/€/£ for checks, 20 for SEPA, 75 for SWIFT.
  • Cryptocurrency deposits under 25 $/€/£ are non-refundable but credited as playable funds.

Refer-a-Friend Program

  1. Referred players must deposit 25 $/€/£ to qualify both parties for the bonus, credited after 48 hours.
  2. Referred players must not be existing members or share the same IP/email as the referrer.
